Three and one-half miles
from New Roads on L.A. Hwy. 1, and only a few minutes
from U.S. Hwy. 190. This is a "piece sur
piece" style cottage, authentically restored in its
original location on the banks of False River. The
cottage and its furnishings typify the lifestyle of a
modest income family during the early 19th century.
